Solutions. Yes, design is problem solving. So the first step is to define the problem. I can help you even here by asking questions. Who are your users, and where are they? If your website does only on thing well, what would that thing be?

Graphic. We’re talking visuals here. Something you can see. LqD works mostly with web design, identity design and branding.

Scandimerican. Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. In short, LqD believes that Scandinavian and American design can learn much from each other, and that they can successfully fuse to solve many problems.

More specifically, I value the minimalism and the functionalism inherent in Scandinavian design and seek to apply these two values to websites and interfaces. Yet the American in me learned early on the power of the brand, and I seek to infuse that personality into the user experience as well.

The end results tend to be clean, simple and clutterless, serving as a vessel for the content, while remaining inviting and carefully balanced with the persuasive and emotive essence of a brand.
